Communication with our clients for horse sitting services is conducted through the HCP client portal.

 

When logged in through our client portal via a web browser or the app you can perform the following functions:

• Access your information and make any changes 

• Submit service requests, changes or cancellation requests

• View requests and scheduled services

• View all updates from sitters including messages and pictures sent. Messages can also be sent through email if preferred.

• Update your horse and pets information for care, feeding, veterinary contact
